The SysWoe complementary electronic local currency is the adapted and resilient exchange system for the Lomé HubCity smart territory. In its daily operation, it aims to bring together users, service providers and partners around an ethical base erected by the WoeLabs network of Technological Democracy Spaces. Not intended for savings, its vocation is to participate in the establishment and strengthening of social, depersonalized professional links which are based on a spirit of cohesion and overall synergy around an objective of development of all of the live together in a fertile and sustainable society. SysWoe is based on a set of values forming the framework of trust within which the actions of establishment, operation, promotion and sustainability of the complementary local currency fall, following the objectives also defined by its charter.
